Inno Plaza is a new kind of area at ITK EXPO where future learning environments, technology and hands-on experiences come together.

Inno Plaza is not primarily about showcasing what a company sells. It is about showing what can actually be done with its solutions.

The strength of ITK lies in its unique combination of people, ideas and expertise. At the same event, teachers, researchers and developers share their experiences, research, experiments, successes – and also what they have learned from things that did not work as expected. Companies, in turn, bring the technologies and solutions that make new ways of learning, teaching and working possible.

At Inno Plaza, a company can create an environment either independently or together with its partners. It could be, for example, a future classroom, an AI-powered learning environment, an immersive space, a new kind of digital working environment, or another interactive concept where visitors can experience and try out the solutions themselves.

ITK brings together the entire Finnish education community: teachers, principals and education leaders, researchers and developers, ICT specialists, municipal education and cultural services leaders, other education decision-makers, and educational technology companies.

At the Heart of ITK2027

Inno Plaza will be located in Sorsapuistosali, which will be transformed into one of the key meeting and interaction environments of ITK2027.

The same space will bring together:

Inno Plaza – large-scale, interactive future learning environments

Demo Stage – short practical demonstrations and joint presentations by companies and educational organisations

Posters – results from research, development projects and practical experiments

Kahvitori / Coffee Square – a natural meeting place for informal encounters

ITK Lounge – a space for discussions, meetings and networking

Together, these elements make Sorsapuistosali a unique environment combining the exhibition, demonstrations, research, educators’ experiences and face-to-face interaction.

Inno Plaza + Demo Stage

On the Demo Stage, companies can demonstrate their solutions in practice or take the stage together with a customer to present a real-world use case. Teachers and educational organisations can also showcase their own experiments and innovations.

The idea is to keep the presentations short, concrete and practical:

one solution, one experience or one idea that the audience can take away with them.

In this way, the physical environments of Inno Plaza and the content presented on the Demo Stage can complement and reinforce each other.

Demo Stage presentations will be published for the ITK audience as part of the official ITK programme. Their visibility will be further enhanced through inclusion in both the printed ITK programme and ITK’s digital publications and mobile website.

More Visibility for Inno Plaza Participants

Organisations reserving an Inno Plaza space will have the opportunity to give presentations on the Demo Stage related to their Inno Plaza content on every day that ITK EXPO is open.

Inno Plaza participants may also have opportunities to propose keynote or invited presentations in ITK’s main presentation halls. Presentation proposals are subject to approval by the ITK team.

The price includes a printed company name sign, a 1.2 kW power connection, free Wi-Fi, visibility in the ITK programme, on the exhibition website and in the ITK mobile app, as well as one complimentary ticket to the ITK conference sessions.

Remaining fee – 80%: €3,664
Invoiced separately and payable 45 days before the event.
