ITK2026 Lunch, Dinner and Evening Event

Lunch
Please reserve your lunch ticket in advance on the website: https://itk-konferenssi.fi/en/itk-lounas
The price is €16.00 when purchased in advance and €17.50 on site.
Lunch is served in the restaurants on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Tampere Hall on April 22–24, 2026, from 11:00 to 15:00.

ITK Evening Gala Dinner (Thursday, April 23, 19:00–21:00)

After Party
The after party starts at 21:30 on the 1st floor of Tampere Hall.
No separate ticket or registration is required.
Welcome to enjoy the evening with Jimmy Cola’s band!

Bars are open:

·On the 3rd floor for dinner guests from 19:30

·On the 1st floor (Tuhto and Haru) for ITK participants from 21:00

This is a private event for ITK2026 participants.

Other Important Information

·It is no longer possible to order supplies for the ITK2026 exhibition from the webshop (itkshop.fi).

·A 1.2 kW electrical connection has been automatically ordered for all booths and table spaces.

·Goods can be brought to the exhibition area starting Tuesday, April 21 at 16:00.

·Booth setup takes place on Wednesday, April 22 during the morning.

·Name badges and lanyards will be delivered to the booths on Wednesday morning. Please wear your badge during exhibition opening hours.

·Exhibitor entrance tickets (1 per exhibition space) will be distributed to booths on Wednesday, April 22.

Exhibition Opening Hours

·Wednesday, April 22: 12:00–17:00

·Thursday, April 23: 09:00–17:00

·Friday, April 24: 09:00–14:00

Dismantling

·Booth dismantling takes place on Friday, April 24 from 14:00 to 17:00.
