WELCOME AS AN EXHIBITOR AT THE ITK2026 EXHIBITION

We warmly welcome you and your exhibition team as an exhibitor at the ITK2026 exhibition, taking place on April 22–24. We believe that you will achieve successful results together with us in meeting your objectives. A larger number of conference participants than last year is expected, and registration is still ongoing.

This year, a new collaboration with the Finnish Principals Association (Suomen Rehtorit ry) has been introduced. The conference program includes a dedicated “principal track” aimed specifically at principals, school leaders, heads and directors of education services. We believe this will further boost the adoption of digital learning and teaching solutions. We encourage them to explore exhibitors’ offerings alongside attending presentations.
Exhibition stands will be set up for you in advance, and any additional furniture ordered via the ITKshop will be installed on Tuesday, April 22. From 16:00 onwards, you may bring items to your stand at least for storage. Final stand setup will take place on Wednesday morning between 8:00 and 12:00. The exhibition will open to the public at 12:00. Entry to the exhibition area is free for visitors, and exhibitors are welcome to invite their own customers to attend.
Instructions for exhibitors from Tampere Hall, as well as guidelines for Tampere Hall’s restaurant services, can be downloaded from the front page of the website itk-nayttely.fi.

Lanyards for staff working at the exhibition stands will be delivered to the stands on Wednesday morning. Lanyards must be worn throughout the exhibition opening hours.
Exhibitor passes to the ITK conference presentation halls (1 ticket per booth) will be distributed to the stands during Wednesday. These passes allow entry for one person at a time.
