ITK2026 Exhibition – Catering services at Tampere Hall

Lunch Services

Lunch for exhibitors and conference participants will be served in the Tampere Hall restaurants on the 2nd and 3rd floors from April 22–24, 2026, between 11:00–15:00.

Please reserve your lunch ticket in advance via the website: ITK Lunch at Tampere Hall | ITK2026 Conference.
The price is €16.00 when purchased in advance and €17.50 on-site.

For group bookings, catering orders, invoicing, and related matters, please contact Jaana Koskinen at Tampere Hall Restaurant Sales via email or phone (+358 50 3105687) no later than one week before the event.
You may distribute your own branded products at your stand; all other catering orders must be arranged through Jaana Koskinen.

ITK Evening Gala – April 23

A limited number of dinner tickets for 19:30 are still available. Reserve your seat at the dinner table via the website: ITK Evening Gala | ITK Conference. The dinner menu is also available there.

The afterparty begins at 21:30 on the 1st floor of Tampere Hall. No separate ticket or registration is required. Welcome to enjoy the evening with Jimmy Cola’s band!

Bars will be open:

• On the 3rd floor restaurant for dinner guests from 19:30 onwards
• On the 1st floor (Tuhto and Haru) for ITK participants from 21:00 onwards

Other Important Information

Tampere City Reception
You can still register for the City of Tampere reception at the City Hall (Raatihuone):

Places are limited.

Orders via webshop (itkshop.fi) by March 31
All additional equipment and service orders must be placed by March 31. Please note:

• A 1.2 kW electrical connection is automatically included for all stands.
• Additional electricity, three-phase power, or overnight power must be ordered separately via the webshop.
• Small printed materials (e.g., for the front or sides of your stand) can still be ordered by March 31. Please include the print file with your order.
• Stands will be built by Taikalyhty Oy according to the plans available on the website. Any modification requests or additional information regarding stand construction must be sent by March 31 to: Nayttely@itk-konferenssi.fi
• ·Some changes to certain stand locations may be possible. If needed, we will contact the stand’s designated contact person.
• Dismantling of stands will take place on Friday, April 24, from 14:00 to 17:00.
